Tim is an analyst and business improvement professional with a Bachelor of Commerce background and experience in local government, finance, asset management and organisational transformation. He specialises in turning complex financial and operational data into clearer insights that support better decision making. 

Tim has worked across large public sector organisations, drawing on management accounting, financial planning and performance reporting experience to support business improvement initiatives and system implementations. Juliana is a Business and Systems Analyst with practical experience improving business processes, digitising manual workflows, documenting requirements, testing system changes and supporting users through digital transformation.
